Disconnector is the most widely used high voltage switchgear in power system. The operation condition of disconnector is very bad, which is easy to cause mechanical or electrical failure. In particular, the contact part of the touch finger is vulnerable to rain, dust and harmful gases, resulting in poor contact and heating. The spring that provides the pressure of the touch finger will be annealed due to heating, which will reduce the pressure. This will lead to a vicious circle of the touch finger heating, and eventually burn the touch finger and cause an accident.
In view of the current maintenance status of the power generation and supply system, our company has developed an intelligent tester for measuring the contact pressure of the high-voltage disconnector. As long as the sensor of the analog contact of the test clamp is opened at the contact position of each pair of contacts, the contact pressure of the contacts can be displayed and remembered. The HV disconnect testing device effectively solves a difficult problem of measuring finger pressure.
